Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Identify reliable and cost-effective solutions to match customer requirements, minimizing risk and maximizing value and customer experience.
  • Support the company's strategy to develop a long-term business around systems and services by specifying the right system combination to enable long-term service contracts with customers.
  • Gain experience in the lighting sector across various applications such as retail, hospitality, offices, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Support the country Key Account Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with Architecture Managers, Proposal Managers, Technical Designers, and System Engineers from the Systems Center.
  • Engage with Business Group stakeholders, including Value Proposition owners, Product Managers, and System Experts, to influence future developments and requirements.

What you’ll need…

Technical Skills
  • Advanced Systems Architecture Knowledge: Demonstrates an up-to-date understanding of systems architectures, capable of selecting and suggesting appropriate architectures to meet customer needs, and translating defined architectures into compliant technical solutions.
  • Advanced technical/domain knowledge: High-level understanding of communication protocols, network devices, frameworks, middleware, security, and experience with software and 'as a service' platforms.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of how businesses operate, current and future policies, market trends, competition, and the ability to support value proposition development during opportunity specification. Knowledge of industry codes of practice and regulations.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintains accurate technical documentation, supports proposal creation, monitors implementation, and analyzes customer acceptance results for continuous improvement.
