For a client company operating globally in the development and supply of advanced technological solutions, we are seeking a Sales System Engineer for the Italy area.

The company is strongly focused on innovation, safety, sustainability, and digitalization in its sector.

The candidate will be part of a dedicated team, reporting to the department manager. They will collaborate with various engineering areas (mechatronics, industrial engineering, technical sales) to ensure project quality, meet requirements, and achieve economic objectives. They will develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio, aiming to propose suitable solutions to clients and translate market needs into concrete activities to implement.

The specific responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Sales team and clients in project management, in line with company guidelines.
  • Communicating technically and commercially with clients.
  • Analyzing and evaluating technical requirements, developing coherent commercial proposals.
  • Managing negotiations on technical, economic, and contractual aspects with client contacts.
  • Drafting and presenting internal project plans to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinating planning and monitoring of project activities.
  • Participating in project reviews and complaint management, acting as a point of contact between client and internal teams.
  • Monitoring the project budget and economic aspects, including payments and contracts.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, handling changes and variation orders.
  • Providing regular updates to the Senior Project Manager or the reference manager.

Candidates with the following requirements will be considered:

  • A degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, electronic, mechatronics, or related fields).
  • Basic knowledge of the operation principles of complex electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and software for technical and commercial project management.
  • Previous experience (even brief) in technical-commercial roles or project management in an industrial context.
  • Experience in the transport, automation, or vehicle components sector is a plus.
  • Residence in Florence or surrounding province.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 (based on seniority) + MBO.
