This position reports to

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As a member of the Sales Team in Local Divisions Marine & Ports, you will work for the Spare Part Department in close cooperation with the other local Teams (Operations, Contract Administrations, Quality & HSE and Project Management & Execution) in all tasks related to your responsibility, ensuring effective implementation. The work model for the role is: #LI- onsite.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  1. Preparation of technical/commercial documentation related to Spare Parts offers for worldwide direct/indirect customers. Managing spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management (LCM) shifts.
  2. Contributing to the development and maintenance of spare parts back-end cost repositories and front-end e-commerce tools. Proposing new spare parts, kits, and packages development or enhancements of existing ones to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs.
  3. Supporting sales accounts in preparing their combined offers and assisting them in sales activities. Providing after-sales assistance.
  4. Assisting in the resolution of customer spare parts claims. Conducting customer installed base assessments and parts proactive offerings.
  5. Order handling and management, from receipt to invoice, including report preparation utilizing the company tool.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, R&D, supply chain, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Supporting warehouse and logistics departments with proper indication and documentation.
Qualifications for the role
  • At least 2 years of experience in bidding and sales support departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and SAP.
  • Passionate about teamwork, a dynamic environment, and problem solving.
  • Degree in technical disciplines (preferably in electrical/electronic fields).
  • Comfortable communicating in English and Italian.
