Sales Support Specialist Italian Speaker

• Company : Leading Technology Company
• Location : Remote (within Portugal)
• Contract Type : CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)
• Work Model : Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

Work Schedule

• Shifts : Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08 : 00 and 19 : 00 (rotational shifts)
• Days Off : Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary : 1,024 per 14 months
• Performance Bonus : 225 per 12 months
• Position Bonus (Braga only) : 20 per 12 months
• Meal Allowance : 7.23 per working day
• Transport Allowance : 20 per month
• Health Insurance : Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months

Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal.

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
• Communicate across multiple channels : phone, email, chat, and social media
• Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
• Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
• Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support (preferred)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
• Skilled in communication and multitasking
• Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
