Title : Sales Support Specialist Italian Speaker

Company : Leading Technology Company

Location : Remote (within Portugal)

Contract : CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)

Work Model : Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

Schedule : Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08 : 00 and 19 : 00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off : Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week

Benefits : Meal allowance : 7.23€ per working day; Transport allowance : 20€ per month; Health insurance from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months; Relocation support for eligible candidates within Portugal

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing reservations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
