Sales Support Specialist Italian Speaker

Title : Sales Support Specialist Italian Speaker

Company : Leading Technology Company

Location : Remote (within Portugal)

Contract : CDD 6 months (renewal possible)

Work Model : Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 08 : 00-19 : 00, rotational shifts; Sundays + 1 rotational day off

Compensation : Base salary : €1,024 / 14 months; Performance bonus : €225 / year; Position bonus (Braga only) : €20 / year

Benefits : Meal allowance (€7.23 / day), transport allowance (€20 / month), health insurance (from Day 1, free after 6 months), relocation support for eligible candidates

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries, reservations, technical issues, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with inquiries, product info, troubleshooting
  • Communicate via phone, email, chat, social media
  • Adapt communication to brand tone and customer needs
  • Handle escalations empathetically
  • Log and manage all interactions meticulously

Candidate Profile

Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Experience in customer service or sales support preferred. Tech-savvy, skilled in communication and multitasking, resilient, proactive, and able to work remotely with a top tech brand.
