Senior Technical Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction. The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to B&R, Machine Automation Division within the Robotics Area in Cesate (MI). You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Providing assistance and support to the sales team, particularly regarding technical activities and customer support, acting as a point of reference.
2. Establishing strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
3. Managing the process for verification, insertion, and monitoring of technical activities orders, interfacing with the administrative department.
4. Interfacing with the technical office for information regarding activities carried out and details to be provided to customers.
5. Representing the customer as a reference for technical activities orders.
6. Managing and monitoring orders for external technical training activities, maintaining communication with the Academy Manager.
7. Collaborating with HQ to implement processes and methodologies for technical activities orders management.
8. Ensuring internal reporting of all technical activities for management.
9. Creating reports on customer activities for the sales team, including invoiced and pending activities.

Qualifications for the role

• Previous experience in customer service is highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of Excel (Office); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new software tools.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a growing company.
• Excellent in managing priorities, punctuality, confidentiality, reliability, and precision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
