Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur de l'habillement de performance recherche un Sales Support Specialist pour rejoindre son département de développement commercial. Vous serez responsable de la gestion opérationnelle des clients, en garantissant l'efficacité dans le traitement des commandes. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme universitaire en communication, cinq ans d'expérience pertinente, et un intérêt pour l'industrie des sports mécaniques.

Competenze

  • Diplôme universitaire en communication, langues étrangères ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience antérieure de 5 ans dans un rôle similaire.
  • Excellente connaissance de l'anglais.

Mansioni

  • Gestion complète des commandes (entrée, mise à jour, annulation, recherche).

Now we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Development Department with a strong problem solving mindset in the customer's management. The resource will be in charge of the operational management of the customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.

Position

Key Responsibilities :

  • Complete management (enter, update, cancellation, look up, return, exchange) of any orders supporting customers in any step of the journey;
  • Provide precise and accurate information regarding products and collections with the final aim of converting calls / e-mails / chats into final sales;
  • Supporting the organization of sales meeting to guarantee the achievement of sales’ target with assistance during the product presentation;
  • Reporting & Analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications and requirements :

  • University degree in Communication, Foreign Languages or related field;
  • Previous experience in a similar role of 5 years;
  • Good MS Office Knowledge;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
  • Interest for the motorsports industry complete the profile.
