Un'agenzia di selezione cerca un SALES SUPPORT per l'azienda di gestione patrimoniale. Sarai responsabile di supportare il team locale e gestire le relazioni con il network di distribuzione in Italia. Richiesta esperienza di almeno 3 anni in gestione degli investimenti e conoscenza fluente di inglese e italiano. Offriamo un ambiente dinamico e opportunità di crescita professionale.

Competenze

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione degli investimenti e nei prodotti finanziari.
  • Esperienza precedente in fondi di investimento e/o gestione patrimoniale.
  • Orientamento al servizio clienti e ricerca dell'eccellenza nel supporto.

Mansioni

  • Supporto alla pianificazione con il team di sviluppo business locale.
  • Gestione delle chiamate in arrivo per il network di distribuzione in Italia.
  • Coordinamento di riunioni e eventi.

Conoscenze

Bilingue in inglese e italiano

Overview

On behalf of our client, independent Asset Management Company, whose funds are currently distributed worldwide, we are looking for a :

SALES SUPPORT – FINANCIAL SERVICES

Fluent in English & Italian

Location: Milano

Job Purpose

The objective of this position is to assist in enhancing and further developing the Italy distribution network. This is done by working as a team with the Head of Country and the local team and by helping to service and develop mutually beneficial relationships with the distribution community, covering all aspects of superior service and support.

Responsibilities

Team Support

  • Work with the Head of Country and the local Business Development team to plan work schedule
  • Handle incoming calls and act as an entry point for questions from the Italy distribution network
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, conference calls and other business functions
  • Quality control and set-up of presentations and other documentation for the business development team
  • Generate monthly / quarterly and ad hoc reports for HoC, local team and Management
  • Prepare topics for the weekly team meeting to keep all team members informed about recent developments and initiatives relating to client servicing and related CRM subjects
  • Update the contact management tool with up-to-date contact information, conversation, activity and meeting notes to allow follow-up action

Marketing & Event Support

  • Manage the local marketing material and promotional items stock and arrange for distribution of material for events
  • In charge of the local meeting and event organization (Road Shows, Investment Seminars, Thematic Lunches, Fairs, Conferences, etc.) by keeping the Event Management tool and local event calendar up-to-date while coordinating with local team and Event / Marketing / Product group
  • Relationship Management and point of contact for translation service provider, printing and any other local vendor relationship
  • Review and proof reading of all marketing, product, press and reporting material into local language

Distribution Network Service

  • Demonstrating superior client service skills for all daily tasks
  • Ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all incoming requests by distribution network
  • Arrange for completion of all incoming requests for information (due diligence, questionnaires) from the distribution network, platforms and research companies with respective departments (RFP / RFI)
  • Coordinate the sending of ad hoc and regular reports to the distributors
  • Provide service support by using marketing material, fund information and updates
  • Promotion of the company web site and services to the distribution network and work with internal departments on respective initiatives
Essential Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in investment management, investment products and financial markets
  • Previous investment fund and / or asset management and client service experience required
  • Graduate / post-graduate degree in a business related discipline
  • Must be bilingual in English and Italian . French would be considered as a plus
  • Client Service minded and striving for support excellence
