Are you looking for a new challenge where you can really be a part of a team? Do you enjoy working in a supportive role, assisting the local sales force and customers? Do you have experience in preparing tenders? And are you good at working together with, for example, our Customer Service Center, the financial departments, and our head office in the Netherlands? Then please read on to the position of Sales Support Officer.

Key accountabilities :
  1. Execute regional sales support;
  2. Provide product information to customers and distributors by interacting with CSC: BO status, logistics, offers;
  3. Support the team in CRM compliance, accuracy, and reporting as required;
  4. Responsible for tenders preparation together with tender agency;
  5. Support the team with Power BI and create reports as needed;
  6. Manage contracts (direct and via CPP);
  7. Create and support price requests;
  8. Claim aged invoices / overdues;
  9. Manage folders within MS TEAMS, ensuring continuous improvement of documentation management;
  10. Assist with inside sales and support all local sales activities;
  11. Ensure compliance of service contracts;
  12. Ensure compliance of EVA contracts;
  13. Provide information for annual budgets and weekly forecasts;
  14. Manage price requests in cooperation with Customer Service;
  15. Report sales data / product usage as requested by customer accounts;
  16. Support the sales team with daily duties and assist in organizing trials and managing sample stock;
  17. Handle complaint management;
Skills, know-how, and experience :
  1. Customer-focused and a team player;
  2. Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive initiatives across the company;
  3. Knowledge of the public tender process;
  4. Ability to interact and cooperate with all levels of the D.O.R.C. organization;
  5. Experience in Sales Support or Customer Service and pricing management;
  6. Hands-on experience with CRM;
  7. Financial knowledge: ability to follow and collect debts;
  8. 3-5 years of commercial experience in customer or sales support;
  9. Relevant education in fields such as sales, business management, or customer support;
  10. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
