We are currently searching for a Sales Support Officer in S&EM Italy, based in Milan.

What will you do?

Under the supervision of the Sales Support & Performance Monitoring Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and following up on the hedging activities of national and international industrial customers (BtoB markets);
  • Interfacing and collaborating with internal departments such as:
    • The Regulatory function to incorporate updates issued by ARERA related to GAS and Electricity invoice cost items for billing system inclusion;
    • The Billing team to develop IT evolutions driven by business needs or regulatory updates;
    • The Finance department for monthly closing activities;
    • The IT department for managing internal IT tools and continuous improvement;
    • The internal credit risk and KYC-AML team.
  • Following up on monthly GAS and EE index updates and reporting into billing IT systems;
  • Calculating final prices of energy components to be invoiced and updating internal CRM;
  • Managing client relationships to handle requests or claims regarding bills or contracts;
  • Managing the IT portal for customer support, including creating/updating contracts and monitoring customer data (master records, utilities consumption, bills);
  • Providing forecast analysis or final reports to portfolio clients.

About you

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support roles within the energy commodity sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI skills are a plus;
  • Strong analytical and data management skills;
  • Innovative, digital-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn fast;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
