We are currently seeking a Sales Support Officer in S&EM Italy, based in Milan.

What will you do?

Under the supervision of the Sales Support & Performance Monitoring Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring hedging activities of industrial customers (B2B markets);
  • Interfacing with internal departments such as:
    • The Regulatory function to incorporate updates issued by ARERA regarding GAS and Electricity invoices;
    • The Billing team for IT system evolutions due to business or regulatory needs;
    • The Finance team for monthly closing activities;
    • The IT department for managing and improving internal IT tools;
    • Internal credit risk and KYC-AML teams.
  • Updating GAS and EE index data and reporting into billing IT systems;
  • Calculating final energy prices for invoicing and updating CRM;
  • Managing client relationships regarding requests or claims about bills or contracts;
  • Handling the IT portal for customer support, contracts, and data monitoring;
  • Providing forecast analysis and final reports to portfolio clients.
About You
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support roles within the energy commodities sector;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus;
  • High analytical and data management skills;
  • Innovative, digital-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
