Job description

As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by:

1. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage requests, processes, and orders efficiently.
2. Overseeing the complete Order-to-Cash process from order collection to final invoicing.
3. Responding to client inquiries regarding stock availability, delivery dates, order status, and more.
4. Handling after-sales activities, including managing return requests, addressing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Facilitating collaboration between the Belgian headquarters and the Italian office, ensuring adherence to company best practices.
6. Organizing and booking shipments for samples and marketing materials.
