360 Talent, partnering with a prestigious international luxury fashion house, is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for its Porto Cervo boutique in Sardinia for Summer Season 2027. The role combines exceptional client service with team leadership, driving sales performance and VIP client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.

360 Talent is partnering with a prestigious international luxury fashion house to recruit an experienced Sales Supervisor for its beautiful boutique in Porto Cervo.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven luxury retail professional who enjoys combining exceptional client service with team leadership.

Location: Porto Cervo, Sardinia

Contract: 1 April – 20 October 2027

Salary: Up to €40,000 + commission

Contract: CCNL Commercio – III/IV Level

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve individual and store KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience to an international luxury clientele.
• Support the Store Manager with daily boutique operations, team coordination and shift coverage.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating colleagues and maintaining excellent service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Develop clienteling initiatives to maximise customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience within luxury fashion retail.
• Previous supervisory experience or strong potential to step into a leadership role.
• Excellent English communication skills – essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven sales achievements.
• Confident, proactive and hands-on approach.
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to support and motivate a team in a fast-paced luxury environment.
