The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions / Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural, and has a wonderful international spirit.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide staff supervision and guidance, complying with all company policies, procedures, and directives from the management team.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Execute effective day-to-day business and operational processes.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a desire to create a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Foster customer relationships through innovative thinking, building client books, and delivering meaningful experiences.
• Utilize all available tools and technology effectively.
