A global machining solutions company is seeking a Sales Strategy Director to create and implement the global sales strategy across departments. This role demands inclusive leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong business mindset and be fluent in English. Sales Strategy Director (F / M / D) - (Europe Flexible location)
Seco Tools is seeking a Sales Strategy Director to support our global Sales team, focused on managing the global sales strategy and ensuring it is in line with the global Seco strategy. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and will be part of the Sales Leadership team. The role is global and therefore the location is flexible, but is to be based in Europe.

The Sales Strategy Director will create, implement and review one global sales strategy that is communicated and understood by all in the organisation. They will also be responsible for the governance to create the individual department strategies to ensure that we have a clear guiding star in each sales region.
In doing this there will be created a process to regularly review the alignment between our local and global strategies and business plans.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the strategic direction in sales is in line with the global Seco strategy.
