What Will You Do

  • Creation and implementation of business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Market analysis in the technical field to identify the best offers for potential customers.
  • Developing, building, and managing business relations with clients.
  • Auditing current situations, creating optimal solutions, and improving related processes.
  • Ensuring delivery deadlines are met and collaborating with the IT department for feedback and support.

Goals of the Position

Developing strong business relationships with Italian and European clients.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing business strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Conducting market analysis and identifying best offers for potential clients.
  • Managing relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Auditing and improving customer-related processes.
  • Meeting delivery deadlines and coordinating with IT support.

Skills Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales (machineries, software, etc.).
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize customer feedback.
  • Interest and curiosity in new technologies.
  • Proactivity and teamwork skills.

Preferred Education

  • BA or MSc in Economics, Business, or Management.

Language Skills

  • Italian: Native or professional proficiency.
  • English: Upper-intermediate level.
  • German: A plus.
