Join to apply for the Sales Specialist Tender Management role at Sartorius.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist Tender Management (F/M) based in Firenze (Italy) or Aubagne (France).

The mission of the Sales Specialist Tender Management (F/M) is to provide support and expertise to the sales team in promoting Sartorius products in Italy, Spain, and possibly France through tender responses.

He/she may also support Sales Support teams in Europe and be called upon by other teams for expertise in specific missions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist sales teams in preparing offers, documents, and technical files for tenders.
  • Search for tender publications/announcements based on requests or emails from hosting providers or websites; coordinate with administration to receive tender files if needed.
  • Distribute tender publications and documents to Sales Reps and Application Specialists for bid validation.
  • Plan tender responses according to deadlines and send reminders.
  • Send complete tender response files to customers following specific tender regulations.
  • Follow up on amendments, contract renewals, and other requests.
  • Notify Sales Reps and Application Specialists of tender outcomes and send quotes to Sales Support for price registration if won.
  • Maintain and share an annual summary table of tenders.
  • Participate in developing tools for better organization of the service.
  • Prepare quotations independently using systems like SAP, Configurator, and CRM, in coordination with sales and other stakeholders.
