Job Description:

The resource will be part of the Sales Force Knauf Italy and will have the following responsibilities:

1. Development and strengthening of the sales network through the recruitment and management of agencies;
2. Development of new opportunities through the identification of new market areas and potential new customers;
3. Development of long-lasting relationships with customers, aimed at the loyalty of commercial relationships;
4. Support to the sales network present in the area;
5. Application of Knauf commercial policies;
6. Reporting on competitors' policies;
7. Collaboration with the Technical Department;
8. Drafting of a monthly sales plan.

The resource will report directly to the Product Manager responsible for the product line and will be functionally coordinated by the Macro Area Manager.

Requirements:

• Vendor possibly with experience and knowledge of the target market and its dynamics;
• Organizational, communication, and negotiation skills;
• University education in economics/marketing disciplines is appreciated and considered an asset;
• Fluent English (minimum B2);
• Excellent Italian (minimum C2);
• Strong entrepreneurship and problem-solving aptitude;
• Experience in managing processes and dynamics of construction sites.

What we offer:

• Gross annual basic salary between 35,000 and 45,000 euros, commensurate with experience;
