Overview

To strengthen our commercial team, we are seeking a candidate with experience in similar environments, preferably within accredited bodies in the testing and certification sector, capable of ensuring high quality and regulatory standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling testing and certification services related to the reaction to fire of materials and construction products, supporting clients in achieving compliance with European regulations. A unique opportunity for those who want to combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the client portfolio, with a focus on retaining existing accounts
  • Define and implement commercial development plans aligned with strategic goals
  • Promote testing services compliant with fire reaction standards (EN, UNI, ISO…)
  • Collaborate in revenue budgeting and economic planning
  • Work with the technical team to manage requests and tailor commercial proposals
  • Draft customized offers and handle technical-commercial documentation
  • Attend industry events, travel, and client meetings in Italy and abroad
  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to offer up-to-date solutions
Requirements
  • University degree and / or equivalent professional experience in technical, commercial, or international contexts
  • Proficiency in German (B2-C1); Proficiency in English (C1)
  • Open-mindedness, initiative, and ease in working in multicultural environments
