Job Title: Beauty Sales Specialist Plurimandatario

Job Description

Chemist’s Research, a family-owned Italian company with over twenty years of passion in nutraceuticals, develops, produces, and distributes supplements and medical devices to support pharmacists in caring for people's well-being. From extensive experience and research, Ionika was born: a sensory cosmetic brand inspired by the Ionian Islands, combining intoxicating fragrances with effective, functional ingredients. Ionika aims to innovate the pharmacy channel with an exclusive cosmetic offer.

Project Context

To expand its team and complete the sales network for Ionika's launch, Chemist’s Research seeks talented multi-agent sales representatives across Italy. The ideal candidates are strategic-minded Sales Specialists with a strong passion for beauty, leadership qualities, and a proactive, consultative approach to contribute to the company's growth.

Position Details

Location: Italy, nationwide

Experience: Minimum 6 years in pharmacy/parapharmacy sales within the beauty market

Education: Degree or Diploma (Nice to have)

Primary Responsibilities

1. Create and manage a client portfolio aligned with company goals
2. Propose and negotiate commercial agreements and development plans
3. Monitor sales and provide feedback to optimize promotional strategies
4. Manage sell-out activities to facilitate product rotation
5. Conduct direct training sessions at points of sale to support product presentation
6. Keep company information systems updated regarding clients, market conditions, and commercial data

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in pharmacy sales within the beauty industry
• Deep understanding of dermocosmetics trends and products
• Good organizational, analytical, and goal-oriented skills
• Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
• Professional appearance and neat presentation
• Knowledge of modern sales logic and digital marketing basics
• Consultative approach to inform and provide value-added solutions
• Proficiency with main IT packages
• Residence in the area and territorial knowledge
• Registered with the Agents' register and VAT number
