  • The opportunity
  • Seize this new opportunity as a Sales Specialist within Network Control within our Enterprise Software division. As an experienced sales specialist, you will thrive on the challenge of identifying new business opportunities and winning new business for Network Control. You’ll understand how to pitch compelling value propositions to seal the deal. You’ll be skilled at influencing decision makers to position our offering correctly and at the forefront through early engagement.

    In this position, you will be allocated an extensive client portfolio to win new business through targeted sales and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, supporting our Account Managers in maximizing account value and market share growth. You will work with Pre-Sales professionals and the Implementation team, providing valuable input and guidance. As a Sales Specialist, you will take accountability for each sales opportunity, managing customer relationships, arranging demo meetings, and guiding Pre-Sales and Tender teams at critical sales cycle points. Ultimately, you will close sales deals, presenting a solid commercial offering for Network Control. The role requires high attention to detail and a strong technical understanding of our value-added features.

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably Power Technologies
    • Sales experience in a global environment within the Energy or T&D industry, with knowledge of high-level network control systems (SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS)
    • Flexible, adaptable, and experienced in virtual, multicultural teams
    • Articulate, good listener, capable of presenting ideas and negotiating at senior levels, with strong networking skills
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
    • Knowledge of the sustainable energy market and energy customers is advantageous
    • Willing to travel up to 30%
