Position: Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with new and potential merchants, promoting the client's payment service. Join an expanding team across the country!

Your responsibilities

  1. Expansion of the commercial network: Strategically expand the network of commercial activities in your area by presenting the payment solution to new points of sale and local businesses in various sectors.
  2. Complete management of the onboarding process: Handle all phases from initial contact with merchants to their integration into the system, including field activities and visits to businesses.
  3. Customer relationship management: Serve as a point of reference for merchants, supporting them in adopting the service and addressing their questions and needs.
  4. Monitoring and information management: Regularly update company tools and analyze work performed.

Ideal profile

  1. Experience in business development: Proven experience as a Business Developer, preferably in field activities.
  2. Passion for territory work: Willing to meet merchants in person in key target areas, dedicating most of your time to this activity.
  3. Excellent relational skills: Able to manage and build lasting relationships with merchants, helping them understand the benefits of our solutions and resolving any doubts.
  4. Results-oriented: Goal-focused and motivated by achieving tangible milestones.
  5. Acquisition spirit: Enthusiastic about proposing our solutions to new merchants rather than managing existing clients.
  6. Interest in Finance: Previous experience in the sector is a plus!
