Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

Company: Part of the Allcore Spa group, Dale Carnegie Italia is seeking a Sales Specialist who will work entirely remotely, collaborating as a freelancer (p.iva). The compensation includes a fixed salary plus variable components.

We are looking for individuals with initiative, curiosity, and determination to become true Sales Professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Contact and schedule appointments with inbound leads (not cold calling)
  2. Support business development activities through telephone client management, contributing to the sales opportunity generation process
  3. Follow-up and retain clients through attentive and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction and evaluation of training outcomes
  4. Ambition and career development orientation
  5. Excellent relational, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  6. Dynamic, proactive, empathetic, and flexible
  7. Previous experience in selling services
  8. Degree or equivalent qualification
Additional Skills:
  • Ease of making phone contacts and using social media
  • Knowledge of sales processes and dynamics

  • Variable bonus based on achieving personal targets (15% of sales made)
