Our Instrument & Enterprise Services division is looking for a Remote Based in Italy.

Position Summary

As part of the EMEA Sales team, this position is responsible for Contract Renewal & Laboratory Products Division contract sales with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the achievement / overachievement of the sales target by maintaining, identifying, and developing sales opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  2. Be accountable for the targets in the territory and/or named accounts.
  3. Manage customer relationships to ensure product portfolio adoption and sound contract management.
  4. Utilize customer relationships and product knowledge to upsell contract renewals and add-on services, increasing share of wallet.
  5. Engage in business development activities with potential customers to qualify opportunities and grow the Service Support Contract business, especially during campaigns.
  6. Keep customer/prospect records and ensure mailing lists and databases are updated.
  7. Use data sources to analyze and develop sales opportunities with the highest ROI.
  8. Communicate key market trends, competitive activities, and customer development plans, including emerging customers.
  9. Support marketing programs and initiatives in other territories as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
