Our Instrument & Enterprise Services division is looking for a Remote Sales Specialist based in Italy.

Position Summary

As part of the EMEA Sales team, this position is responsible for contract renewal and laboratory products division sales with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining, identifying, and developing sales opportunities through outbound activities.
  2. Manage customer relationships to ensure product adoption and sound contract management.
  3. Utilize customer relationships and product knowledge to upsell contract renewals and add-on services, increasing share of wallet.
  4. Engage in business development activities with potential customers to qualify opportunities and grow the Service Support Contract business, especially during campaigns.
  5. Maintain accurate customer/prospect records and ensure mailing lists and databases are up to date.
  6. Use data sources to analyze and develop high-ROI sales opportunities.
  7. Communicate key market trends, competitive activities, and customer development plans, including emerging customers.
  8. Support marketing programs and initiatives in other territories as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  1. Ability to work independently.
  2. Excellent communication and listening skills.
  3. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
