Role Overview : We are seeking a Sales Specialist - Distributor within the Castrol organization, responsible for implementing sales plans and developing sales of lubricant products. The goal is to support current business partners and acquire new customers within the existing sales portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement regional sales plans and develop automotive strategies at distributor headquarters and regional levels.
  • Develop and support distributor sales forces to acquire new customers.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and execute promotional activities.
  • Organize incentive programs and support distributor sales teams.
  • Develop the skills of distributor sales representatives through coaching programs.
  • Provide product and technical training, coordinate promotional programs, and lead volume incentive schemes.
  • Manage branding, POS communication, and sales promotions for distributors.
  • Monitor sales reports, develop market insights, and act as the single point of accountability for sales processes in the region.

Qualifications :

  • Secondary education or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is crucial.
  • Experience in customer and channel management, marketing program execution, and product knowledge.
  • Understanding of contracts, deal closure, and customer profitability analysis.
