The role is assigned to
  • Castrol organization
  • Part of Customers & Products entity, responsible for sales and relationship management with selected distributors and/or key account customers. The role focuses on driving growth measured by sales volume, turnover, and cash flow.

This role involves implementing the account strategy to meet medium and short-term business objectives.

  • In this role, you will:
  • Be accountable for financial delivery from the assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and understand the overall key account contact map; build positive relationships with senior management through events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and functions to deliver and adapt value propositions, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for Castrol Industrial.
  • Set growth targets for each key account and develop resource plans to achieve them; keep strategic account plans up to date.
  • Design turning points for growth projects with clear targets.
  • Coordinate with external and internal partners on progress, barriers, and resource concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer insights, and technological developments; communicate findings effectively through various channels.
  • Work closely with peers and global key account managers to meet specific KPIs.
Qualifications for Success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, including industrial product sales exposure.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Several years managing relationships in large, national, or transnational accounts.
  • Skills in account strategy, business planning, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.

Travel and Relocation

Up to 50% travel expected. This role is fully remote and does not include relocation assistance.
