About the role:

We are looking for an Internal sales in our BU Dell that will work closely with the team (Category Manager, BDM and presales) and with relevant contacts with the vendor Dell.

We are looking for someone with experience in Server, Networking and entry/midrange storage line of business, process and vendor pricing, willing to have regular calls with active customers and to activate new potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision

Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a general conversation with customers around a solution/product area and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company

Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts

Collaborate with cross department (credit, sales, logistics when needed) to facilitate the closing of a deal

Knowledge Skills and Experience

1-2 years of experience in commercial role (outbound call in IT market)

Good level of English (spoken and written knowledge)

Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills

Strong attitude to the results

Understands Sales Process

A knowledge of product set would be desirable

IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
