Richiesta esperienza di 2-3 anni in vendite, con forti capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente. Si offre un ambiente dinamico, supporto costante e un piano commissionale competitivo.

IL TUO RUOLO COME SALES SPECIALIST

We are expanding our sales network across the country and are looking for motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our team!

If you are a results-oriented sales professional with experience in managing commercial relationships and a strong interest in coaching, training, and personal growth in finance, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a strong predisposition to work with challenging targets and skills in customer loyalty.

RESPONSABILITÁ PRINCIPALI

  • Manage sales activities based on leads generated by marketing.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose personalized solutions.
  • Manage the customer portfolio through all sales phases.
  • Maintain positive relationships through effective communication.
  • Close sales contracts with personalized and professional consulting.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Update customer records in the company's CRM.
  • Participate actively in training and strategic meetings organized by the company.

REQUISITI

  • At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in coaching, financial training, or B2C services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Commercial spirit, determination, and ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Active listening skills and proposal personalization.
  • Experience with CRM tools for managing sales and clients.
