Job Overview:

Hologic is seeking a Sales Specialist IBS/VAAB primarily responsible for selling the IBS/VAAB line mainly by providing field-based support to radiologists and other clinical professionals who desire to utilize these products.

What you can expect:

  • The role requires travel within a territory and coverage of an assigned customer base.
  • You will provide product technical support and clinical expertise in procedures and customer meetings in accordance with company policy.
  • You will build relationships with customers and become skilled at promoting the value proposition of the BSHS products.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive to plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans.
  • Conduct training sessions for radiologists, nurses, imaging technologists, sonographers, and technical assistants on using the IBS/VAAB products.

What we expect:

  • Clinical training in Radiology with a thorough understanding of Mammography, Ultrasound, Stereotactic, and/or MRI imaging modalities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with medical staff and sales/marketing colleagues.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective teaching skills with the ability to translate complex instructions clearly.
  • Advanced technical expertise and attention to detail.
  • A valid driving license and a satisfactory driving record, as the position requires extensive driving during the workday.
