This role involves supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree, experience in sales, and a strong interest in defense solutions.

Competenze

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business fields required.
  • Experience in technical sales or commercial role preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

For our Iveco Defence Vehicles and Astra business units, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist with a natural approach to building relationships and leading a cross-functional team to join our IVECO Defence Vehicles team. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a stimulating environment and support the sales of our high performance vehicles, contributing to our mission of providing advanced mobility solutions for the defence and security sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales manager with daily activities, including preparation of administrative and commercial documentation.
  • Leading inter-functional teams (e.g., Product Engineering, Finance, Program Management) involved in proposal preparation to ensure deadlines are meet and continuous and consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to managing customer relationships.
  • Supporting sales manager in negotiation process and contract drafting
  • Keep commercial documentation updated, such as reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business fields.
  • Experience in a technical sales or commercial role, preferably in the automotive or defense sectors. Technical background is a plus.
  • Teamwork skills, clear communication, and the ability to organize work independently.
  • Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally, as needed.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Interest in the defense sector and specialized vehicles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
