A Plein Sport Sales Sniper is a hyper-aggressive, high-performance international sales closer who targets, attacks, and secures sales deals fast, with no excuses and no bureaucracy — precision, speed, impact, no wasted shots — fully aligned with Plein Sport’s brutal speed, disruptive retail rollout, and premium/sport-luxury brand DNA.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Build and scale business in high-opportunity regions and countries: Western, Central, Eastern Europe — UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Morocco, South Africa, etc. — USA, Canada, Mexico + Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, etc.
  2. Drive multi-brand retail (key accounts + chains) & online marketplaces
  3. Develop the business like it's your own: budgets, forecasts, performance KPIs
  4. Own the Excel sheet – not just for reporting, but for winning
  5. Travel often, close hard, build lasting commercial wins
What You Bring:
  1. 5–10+ years of proven international sales wins in sports footwear, premium sneakers, fashion sportswear, or luxury activewear. No beginners. No bureaucrats.
  2. You’ve closed major retail accounts, scaled marketplaces, and built real volume
  3. Fluent in English & Italian, plus 2+ of: Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French, German
  4. Excel warrior: forecasts, performance, … – you live in the numbers
  5. You're aggressive, street-smart, relentless – and you know how to build partners, not just pipelines

Uncompromising closer: Either wins the market share or moves on to the next kill — no endless account babysitting

  • Fast-moving: Operates at Plein Sport velocity — months compressed into weeks, weeks into days. No patience for slow cycles or long discussions.
  • Experience with both luxury positioning and sport/active product is a major plus
