Gherardi SRL, a distinguished Italian company renowned for the design, production, and global distribution of premium men’s shirts, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Sales & Showroom Assistant to join its Milan-based team starting in September 2025.

This role plays a key part in supporting showroom operations, managing sales processes, and nurturing client relationships across both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong sense of organization and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth daily running of the Milan showroom and welcome clients with a professional and attentive approach.
• Support the sales team in order entry, tracking, and customer follow-up.
• Provide high-level post-sales assistance to clients and sales partners.
• Liaise with marketing and communication agencies for coordinated brand visibility.
• Assist with international sales trips and provide on-site support to clients and agents.
• Act as a point of contact for buyers, distributors, and commercial partners, both locally and abroad.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, showroom operations, or similar roles within the fashion industry.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM / order management tools.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Precision, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong interest in menswear and high-end fashion.

Location: Milan (showroom area)

Contract: Full-time; fixed-term or permanent depending on experience.
