A leading water treatment company is seeking experienced sales & marketing professionals to promote INDION resins and specialty chemicals in Napoli, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or science, alongside an MBA being a plus, and 8-15 years of experience in the water treatment sector. Effective communication skills in English and a knowledge of German/Italian/French are required for this role, which heavily interacts with teams in India.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical or environmental engineering.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 8–15 years of experience in the water treatment industry.

Overview

• Sales & marketing of INDION resins (Ion exchange resin), specialty and water treatment chemicals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand coverage.
• Engage in technical discussions, recommend solutions and products.
• Develop client relationships and establish distribution channel.
• Support bid processes and coordinate across global teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical, or environmental engineering, related engineering field, or Science.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and German / Italian / French (depending on location). English is essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with teams in the parent company in India.

Experience

8–15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment (WTP / WWTP) industry. Exposure to Ion Exchange Resin sales will be added advantage.
