A global water treatment solutions company is seeking a qualified sales and marketing professional in Firenze, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and 8-15 years of experience in the water treatment industry. You will be responsible for developing client relationships and expanding business opportunities while coordinating with teams globally. Proficiency in English and additional languages is preferred, making this a dynamic opportunity in a growing field.

Competenze

  • 8–15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment (WTP / WWTP) industry.
  • Proficiency in German / Italian / French is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Ion Exchange Resin sales is a plus.

Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Sales & marketing of INDION resins (Ion exchange resin), specialty and water treatment chemicals.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & marketing of INDION resins (Ion exchange resin), specialty and water treatment chemicals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand coverage.
  • Engage in technical discussions, recommend solutions and products.
  • Develop client relationships and establish distribution channel.
  • Support bid processes and coordinate across global teams.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical, or environmental engineering, related engineering field, or Science.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in German / Italian / French (depending on location). English is essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with teams in the parent company in India.
Experience

8–15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment (WTP / WWTP) industry. Exposure to Ion Exchange Resin sales will be an added advantage.
