Summary

The Sales Rep role is responsible for promoting the Client portfolio, managing bids, and developing the business in the assigned area.

This permanent position aims to achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase sales volumes, customer base, patient outreach, and customer satisfaction within the geographical area of Piemonte.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with potential clients and build positive relationships to promote and sell Vantive's innovative products and therapies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the renal sector.
  • Scientific or medical university degree, compliant with Italian legal requirements for "Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco".
  • Interest in technical and digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of strategic account development.
  • Knowledge of the tender process and pre-tender activities.
  • Business acumen and proactive approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of the healthcare system and stakeholders involved in selling and tendering.
