Sales Representative North West Italy (m / f / d)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve product listings and revenue targets within assigned categories.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers; build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
• Promote and provide brand immersion training.
• Plan effective visit cycles considering demographics and opportunities.
• Visit retail stores to provide support and take action.
• Address customer queries, assess needs, and offer tailored consultations.
• Maintain merchandising standards according to brand guidelines; develop the presence of CYBEX products (Platinum, Gold, Silver) among resellers.
• Install and maintain Point of Sale (POS) displays and ensure cleanliness of all products and POS materials.
• Report competitive activity, product launches, and brand activations to headquarters.
• Record visit data and use sales data to identify focus areas.
• Share success stories and insights.

Qualifications:

• Graduated, preferably with a specialization in Sales or a related field.
• Ambitious, energetic, and driven to promote the brand.
• Good understanding of premium markets and luxury retail environments.
• Experience in sales and a proactive approach.
• Efficient planning of journey cycles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; attentive to detail.

• Down-to-earth, hands-on, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Capable of handling pressure and adapting to a dynamic, growing international business.
• Full clean driving license.
