Responsibilities

  • Achieve product listings and revenue targets within your category.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers; build positive relationships for future sales and repeat business.
  • Promote and provide brand immersion training.
  • Plan effective visit cycles considering demographics and opportunities.
  • Visit retail stores to provide support and take action.
  • Solve customer queries, assess needs, and provide tailored consultations.
  • Merchandise according to brand guidelines and develop the presence of CYBEX product ranges among resellers.
  • Install and maintain company POS and ensure high standards of product presentation.
  • Report competitor activity and brand activations to headquarters.
  • Record visit data and analyze sales numbers to identify focus areas.
  • Share success stories and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Graduated, preferably with a specialization in Sales or similar field.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and motivated to promote the brand.
  • Understanding of premium markets and luxury retail environments.
  • Experience in sales and a proactive approach.
  • Efficient planning of journey cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a hands-on, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
  • Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Independent worker capable of handling pressure in a growing international business.
  • Possession of a full clean driving license.
