The Job's Mission

Sales Representative Medical Hospital

You’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Medical products. Our Medical solutions offer products that help improve patient and hospital outcomes with innovative patient care, patient handling and data solutions that are durable, reliable and easy to use. In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise. Key Activities & Accountabilities
  • Driving growth in the territory through active constant customer engagement - Creating new sales opportunities, targeted sales approach.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Planning and executing on a quarterly and annual business plan, managing existing revenue streams and customers, and driving acquisition across the territory to generate growth.
  • Implementing strategy at local level in coordination with the RSM and PM
  • Controlling all resources and materials in the territory
  • Providing customer care for healthcare professionals and hospital administration
  • Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM and PM to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Completing quotes and tenders / reporting as required
  • Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners, and managers in the territory.
  • Supporting in-person customer experience through exhibits, trade shows, and educational events.
  • Providing in-service support where required
  • Maintaining compliance and confidentiality, acting ethically, and adhering to laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Staying current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
  • Acting as a consultant with other Stryker departments
  • Promoting a culture of compliance and quality standards
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in sciences, economics, or professional training in the medical/scientific field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles in the medical devices industry, with experience in tender activities and knowledge of healthcare organization dynamics.
  • Native or C2 level of Italian and intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience in Medical Devices, both consumables and capital equipment, is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance rules.
  • Fluent English.

Territory: Lombardia and Triveneto

Location: any well-connected city in Lombardia and Veneto

Type: 100% Field

Travel & Stayover: 50%

Presence in Operating Room: not required
