  • Key Activities & Accountabilities
  • Driving growth in the territory through active, consistent customer engagement
  • Creating new sales opportunities with targeted sales approaches
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Planning and executing quarterly and annual business plans, managing existing revenue streams and customers, and driving acquisition across the territory to generate growth
  • Implementing strategies locally in coordination with the RSM and PM
  • Controlling all resources and materials within the territory
  • Providing customer care for healthcare professionals and hospital administration
  • Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM and PM to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Completing quotes and tenders, and reporting as required
  • Representing Stryker to all levels of healthcare professionals, commissioners, and managers in the territory
  • Supporting in-person customer experiences through exhibits, trade shows, and educational events
  • Providing in-service support when needed
  • Maintaining compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards, including confidentiality and asset protection
  • Staying current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
  • Acting as a consultant with other Stryker departments
  • Promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior
  • Fulfilling quality policies and adhering to standard operating procedures, including vigilance requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in sciences, economics, or relevant medical/scientific training
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles in the medical devices industry, with experience in tender preparation and knowledge of healthcare organization dynamics
  • Native or C2 level Italian and intermediate English proficiency
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Medical Device sales, including consumables and capital equipment
  • Deep understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Fluent in English

  • Location: any well-connected city in Lombardia and Veneto
  • Type: 100% Field
  • Travel: 50% with overnight stays
  • Presence in Operating Room: not required
