Reports to : Sales and Marketing Director

Responsibilities :

  • Build client relationships and expand our customer database.
  • Host virtual styling sessions in-store via our Book A Stylist service.
  • Create a positive and successful team environment.
  • Think outside the box with solutions for sales, marketing & communication, and events to increase productivity.
  • Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts.
  • Prepare and execute promotional sales activities and campaigns.
  • Have flare and enthusiasm to inspire clients and be our brand ambassador.
  • Execute sales visits / calls to existing and potential customers to maximize sales growth.
  • Ensure proper reporting of sales activities performed.
  • Participate in domestic and international trade shows.
  • Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers.
  • Work across cross-functional teams internally to maximize new product development exclusive to your client base.

Qualifications :

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience in similar positions / industry.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good project management skills and some knowledge of research and development.
  • High-energy self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.
  • Drive for results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistent and proactive.
  • Willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
