Sales Representative Lombardia

We offer an interesting opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Sales Representative Lombardia, reporting to the Area Manager Center-North.

This role is responsible for sales activities and results in the assigned geographical area. You will implement and deliver plans and strategies to expand the customer base in your sales zone and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for assigned customers.

What will your contribution be?

  • Working independently to achieve business targets by maintaining existing business and developing new opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clinical decision-makers.
  • Supporting operating room activities.
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products to maximize sales performance.
  • Conducting research for tender submissions and maximizing business from contracts.
  • Identifying and launching new product opportunities.
  • Maintaining clinical knowledge of surgical procedures and adapting to protocols.
  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Manager.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales Administration, Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferably residing in the Milan area.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in Orthopedics/Trauma.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel up to 90% based on business needs.
