Job Description

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager responsible for tier 2 & 3 customers in Bologna / Florence area, your missions will include:

  • Prospecting new or existing clients in the independent retailer market and regional retail chains to sell SES-imagotag solutions
  • Maintaining good relationships with local decision-makers and lobbying
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to implement local sales strategies and referencing agreements negotiated with major retailers
  • Defining medium to long-term sales forecasts for strategic accounts
  • Following up with clients post-sale in collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Sales administration)
  • Regularly updating CRM tools with opportunities and managing your customer and prospect base
  • Providing feedback on competitors to your manager and the marketing department
  • Participating in events and fairs as necessary
Qualifications

Significant experience in sales of technical digital products (SaaS, IoT Devices and services)

Familiarity with the retail sector and excellent relationship skills from store level to C-level executives. Strong ability to identify solution value for individual customers and convert this into additional sales.

A passion for sales and the drive to succeed

Results-oriented with excellent relationship skills. Recognized for tenacity, organization, and the ability to work autonomously.

Place of work

Remote work with 70% travel to meet customers and scheduled meetings in Vimercate (Italian HQ).
