Sales Representative (hunter) for Central Italy

What you will contribute:

As a Sales Representative HUNTER for Central Italy (Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise), you will be responsible for expanding the Agent network across the region by researching new market opportunities, identifying prospects, and signing up new Agents in line with the company’s business strategy. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

What you will do:

  • Represent the company’s products and services to meet market needs.
  • Provide market analysis, monitor competition, and identify opportunities.
  • Expand the agent network by researching and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets and trends.
  • Prospect potential Agents via written communication, phone, and in person, outlining the benefits of MoneyGram services.
  • Build partnerships with existing agents to meet business targets and expand market share.
  • Report results regularly to your line manager and follow the scheduled visits.
  • Ensure all agent documentation complies with company standards and regulations.
  • Manage agent data and update profiles as needed.
  • Provide product and system training to new agents, ensuring compliance and growth plans are in place.
  • Collaborate with support departments to address operational or technical needs.
  • Support marketing and pricing initiatives to enhance visibility and competitiveness.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years in account management, field sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in money transfer sector.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish, Urdu, Bengali, or Hindi is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to work in a diverse environment.
  • Experience in customer engagement, training, or account support preferred.
  • Business travel required; valid Category B driving license.
