Job Summary

The Sales Representative Healthcare IT Solutions is the commercial reference for managing new opportunities and clients in the IT sector. They establish consulting and collaborative relationships with clients, possessing specific expertise in BU HITS products. They identify how these products can be integrated into the workflows of Clinical Pathology Laboratories and Healthcare Information Systems. The role involves leading or supporting the sales team in promoting diagnostic solutions with high technological and project complexity. The candidate should understand the market, competitors, and product positioning relative to BU HITS.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage commercial activities to meet BU HITS budget objectives.
  2. Develop strategies to meet market needs.
  3. Identify new opportunities and strategic clients to expand business and enhance company image.
  4. Propose new functionalities, products, and services to increase revenue based on installed base.
  5. Support marketing activities, including responses to tenders and preparing technical and economic offers.
  6. Define offers for new opportunities, product extensions, and maintenance contracts.
  7. Ensure profitability through direct involvement in sales processes.
  8. Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and partners.
  9. Gather competitive intelligence for CRM updates.
Networking and Key Relationships

Internal: BU HITS teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Services, Tender Office, Finance, Quality Assurance, HR)

External: Clients, Suppliers, Key Opinion Leaders, Sales and Service Agencies

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
  • Degree in a scientific field
  • Project Management skills
  • Technical and commercial IT knowledge
  • Market, competitor, and customer understanding
  • Knowledge of products and technologies
  • Financial skills (P&L, budget, costs, margins, HTA)
  • Understanding of organizational roles and processes
  • Proficiency in Office, SAP, CRM
  • English level B2/C1
