PROBIOTICAL S.P.A. is looking for a Sales Representative with substantial experience in the cosmetics or skincare sector to join our commercial team. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and collaborating with marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven background in B2B sales. Proficiency in English is required, and the ability to travel internationally is a must. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the industry is essential.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in cosmetics or skincare sector to join our growing commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the cosmetics/skincare industry
  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth in assigned territories
  • Present and promote Probiotical’s skincare product lines to potential customers and partners
  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to align on product strategies and market positioning
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the division’s strategic growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or probiotic industry
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics market, preferably with a background in skin health or active ingredients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B sales of active ingredients, raw materials, or finished products.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Availability to travel internationally as required
