The Sales Representative is responsible for the direct sale of the company's products or services and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. He / she will be member of the Intelligent Life Care (ILC) sales team and will be reporting to the Regional Sales Department.

He / she is responsible for the development of his / her customer and prospect portfolio and responsible for closing sales in the assigned region (Italy).

Key responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with Installers, End Customers, Design Offices, Project Owners and Consulting Firms carrying out significant projects and having decision-making power and influence in the choice of solutions
  • Surround projects as early as possible to influence decision-makers
  • Identify and qualify customer opportunities and involve partners to provide the right solution, quoting and negotiating technical solutions adapted to customer needs
  • Define and deploy your business action plan in your sector in order to achieve your individual objective
  • Monitor and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives through the key performance indicators defined by the company (Turnover, visits, phone calls, opportunities, through the sales monitoring tool (CRM)
  • Participate in local or national commercial actions during professional events

Key skills and qualifications

  • Minimum Bac+3 commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience and mastery of the B2B sales process through indirect and direct sales
  • In-depth knowledge of our clients' business
  • Be autonomous and organized to promote our technical solutions to customers
  • Oral / written English (working language internally) : good level
