Job Title: Sales and Market Development Manager

Overview:

Responsible for expanding sales and market share within an assigned European territory. Develops and maintains contractor accounts, reports on market opportunities, and implements sales strategies to achieve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promote and sell Franklin Electric products, including water pumps, motors, and related systems.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  6. Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  7. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  8. Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.
  9. Monitor sales performance and provide reports for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven sales record.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and visit headquarters in Dueville.
  • Knowledge of German is preferable.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related fields (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in electrical, electronic, or water industry.
