Responsible for managing the growing of sales and market share with assigned accounts within an assigned European territory. Develops and maintains contractor accounts and reports on market opportunities and developments. Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing sales strategies within the region to achieve profitability. Department Sales / Marketing Employment Type Full Time Location Italy - Dueville Workplace type Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Franklin Electric products, including water pumps, motors, and related systems. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Franklin Electric products. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position Franklin Electric in the market. Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients within European territory, attend industry events, and visit regularly the headquarter in Dueville. Knowledge of German language will be preferable.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical, electronic or water industry.
